One Bad Apple

Arizona Cup 2009: Lessons Learned Day 1

You can recover from a bad arrow. One bad arrow doesn't mean you suck at shooting. It doesn't mean the rest can't be good. It means you need to practice recovering from it and moving on. Why dwell on something you cannot change? Why beat yourself up about anything that doesn't involving harming yourself or others? Why not be your own hero? We are so quick in life to support others; when something difficult happens, stop doing to yourself what you would never do to someone else. Let it go and get back to doing what you know you can do--shoot well.
